–       Please transfer the deposit by Wise or Revolut.

–       The rest of the payment you can pay by the transfer, or you can pay with cash when you arrive at your accommodation in Senaru.

Terms and Conditions

Booking terms and conditions if you booked with Rinjani Women Adventure To avoid misunderstanding, please read our booking terms and conditions carefully.

1. Please inquire using our booking by emailing us at rinjaniwomenguide@gmail.com or our WhatsApp.
2. Secure your booking by sending a deposit (only for Rinjani Trekking).
3. You will have a payment confirmation by our reservation.
4. For the Rinjani trekking activity, please complete your data.
   Foreign: Please send a copy of your passport.
   Indonesian: Please send a copy of your KTP.
5. Share your arrival schedule at Lombok airport or any harbor on Lombok Island for pick-up service before your hiking activity for an overnight stay in Senaru accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

–               ⁠All deposits are strictly nonrefundable.

–               ⁠No rescheduling is allowed once the tickets have been issued.

–               no refund and no reschedule under any circumstances

–               Cancellation on the arrival day will result in the full total amount needing to be paid.

–               No refund of the full amount for cancellation on the departure date
